Assuming the role of General Manager in 2024 following a promotion from Director of Leisure, Nic leads the team with enthusiasm and a forward-thinking approach, achieving outstanding results. His deep understanding of the key sectors of meeting and events, tailor made travel and cruise make him the perfect fit for this role. A native of Singapore, Nic oversees daily operations, focusing on advancing initiatives to increase business opportunities along the supply chain. His career began in 2000 when he joined a Japanese inbound tour operator before progressing to management roles across various sectors of the industry.
A perfectionist at heart, Xavier truly enjoys working closely with our international clients to ensure their programs are a success from conception to final delivery. He has gained over 20 years of experience in the travel industry, starting in hotels and moving later into the DMC business where he has delivered a huge range of international events. Xavier has an excellent eye for detail and seeing potential problems before they might occur. He has a natural passion for the industry, and always ensures Destination Asia’s offering is the latest and most unique in the market.
